Relationship issues

All relationships are different however they all have similar issues. There are many factors that can contribute towards the difficulty including financial problems, not seeing each other enough, family, a specific incident, substance misuse and etc. This can lead to stress which can feel like the following:

  1. Thoughts – this isn’t working out, I am being treated unfairly
  2. Emotions – upset, sad, angry
  3. Physical sensations – tired, exhausted, heart racing, tension in body
  4. Behaviour – not eat or sleep properly, argumentative or quiet, seek distraction
