All communications with Mindset Rethink are kept confidential with the exception of the following;
- If there is a risk to you, someone around you or anyone else
- If there is a risk to a child or vulnerable person
To ensure good practice, your case may be discussed with a clinical supervisor, who is accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). The supervisor is also bound by strict code of contract regarding confidentiality.
Any details disclosed will be discussed with the client.
No personal information is passed on to any third party services or marketing firms.
Mindset Rethink is a non-urgent service.
In the case of emergency where symptoms become unmanageable, it is advised to seek further advice from the following:
- General Practitioner (GP)
- Local A&E
- Out of hours clinic
- Samaritans 116123
- Local crisis team (speak to your GP for details)
